BAHATI TO APPEAR ON KIAMBU COURT TODAY

"GOSPEL ARTIST BAHATI TO APPEAR ON KIAMBU COURT OVER CONNING"

Mtoto Mama AKA Bahati is Today morning expected at the Kiambu Law Courts over non payment of a debt to one Benson Thuranira.
Kumbe Kumbe hit maker is accused by Benson of not paying him back Ksh 200,000 from a past business transaction that went wrong.

The matter was reported at Karuri police station in Kiambu county.

The two had come together to start an EMB films and production company which would total up to Ksh 10Million.So,Benson made his first deposit of cash worth 200,000ksh.But since the project didnt start,He asked back for his money but Bahati refused to give it back

Bahati was arrested on 28th october these year but later same day he got release

Benson told Mpasho news that

“Bahati has been summoned to court over this matter and I will be there with my lawyers. If he is willing to pay me back my money plus all the expenses i have incur to date to get my money back that will be fine. If not then the matter will proceed further.”
